Through our Client Care Manager, you are in constant communication with Dave and the team, even while they are busy promoting your home to buyers.   As Director of Marketing she is dedicating to promoting your property to as many prospective buyers as possible through television, newspapers, direct mail, world-wide internet exposure, relocation referral program, movie theaters, networking groups, bank and car wash displays, newsletters and postcards.                                    

Our Licensed Buyer Specialist, Sean Cargo, is dedicated to finding the perfect buyer for your home quickly. In essence, he takes care of your listing “out in the field.” The Buyer Specialist works closely with serious, qualified buyers who are looking to purchase their dream home right now and they make sure to highlight the special features of your home.

Our Finance Specialist, Maria Ibarra, ensures the qualifications of the buyers are properly secured. He works closely with the Buyer Specialists to prepare a quality offer to purchase your home with a substantial down payment and earnest money deposit.

Administrative Support, JoAnn Briles  help the group by providing vital daily assistance, overseeing the extensive data entry department and providing clerical services to support the group, so you receive the highest level of service at all times.
